this is the "can't" live without it" spatula--absolutely the best. i panicked when the welds on mine broke after many years of constant use, searched the internet for it, and was thrilled when i managed to find it on amazon. i paid the shipping to italy gladly. as another reviewer said, i was "pathetically" excited to have my old friend back again. i bought four--just to be sure, i will never have to live without an ateco flexibile steel spatula!

I prefer a thin spatula for eggs and such, the blade on this is perfect for that. However, the welds holding the handle to the blade will break if you use it regularly. I've gone through 2, I was hoping the first break was a fluke. Ateco 1365 is the better choice if you plan to use it for regular cooking. This model, 1352 may be fine for cookies only.

I'm ordering a replacement ; after 5 years of good service my favorite little spatula popped a tack weld. I can't complain because i was treating it pretty rough at the time. It is still useable but tenuous.

I started baking sugar cookies and my burger spatula was not doing the trick. This is thin, easy to handle, lightweight and durable. The ateco cookie cutters are also top notch and very affordable.

You can’t be too forceful with it but, if you treat it with care, it’s an excellent addition for baking projects!
