I love this container as it allows me to give my son warm meals to pre-k as opposed to having him eat this awful cafeteria food. The preheated food stays warm long enough until his lunch break. Even my husband, who is in the military, took this container to the field last week with some leftover spaghetti. He warmed the food at 5am, put it in the container and apparently it was still luke warm around 2pm when he finally got to eat lunch.

Does NOT seem to keep it super hot for +4 hours, even after pre-heating it with boiling water, before dumping that, and adding the soup. Says Thermos brand, but I wonder. Looks fine. I have others that keep it hotter.

I've bought several of these over the years since they are perfectly sized for a kid's lunch. This is the first one that was of poor quality. The rubber gasket in the lid came off within two months!!! Never had this happen so soon. Disappointed in the purchase.

Nice product to keep soup hot for my daughters school lunch. The color matches, the lid seals and doesn't leak and her soup stays warm. She has had to have the lunch workers help her open it as when you put the hot liquid and steam in it, it increases the seal. I would buy again, and can recommend if you need 4-6 hours of warm soup.

We use this to keep quesadillas and chicken nuggets warm for school lunches. I let it warm up with boiling water for 10 minutes while I make his lunch, then dump and dry it out. It keeps his food warm until lunchtime.
