Used these to make a smash cake for my daughters 1st birthday. Used a little coconut oil to grease the pans - they popped open easily and nothing stuck. Easy to clean. The cakes were the perfect size! I stacked all 3 on top of each other and my daughter had fun tearing it apart!

Used these to make mini self sustaining pies. Everyone was wowed by how cute and beautiful they turned out. Just used premade pie crusts and filled them. One pie is just the right size for two people and the possibilities for fillings are endless from sweet to savory. These are also fantastic for mini tarts and to make napoleons. I love pans and they've been a great investment!

They dont open easy like a regular spring pan, so harder to remove cheese cake...But the cakes came out pretty good anyway...

I'm thinking of getting 3 more. The little cakes I made just slid right out no problem. I was able to fit enough batter for one layer of a 9" cake. The cakes come out the right size for one person...depending on the appetite.

I love these mini pans! I am on a Ketogenic diet so I often make sugar free/low carb cheesecake. I don't like making an entire large cake for just myself as it is too much and sits in the fridge for weeks. I ordered 2 sets of these so I could make small cakes and then just keep a couple out to eat and I freeze the rest. They are so cute and great to take to work for food day. I can put different toppings on each one and people can choose which one they want.

It’s cute and sturdy. They fit in my small toaster oven nicely. There’s just one big issue.. they’re not round! The side and bottom can’t match so my batter leaks lol. I can only use them to make pies or tarts. They are a little difficult to clean too.

For anyone who loves to make rich desserts on occasion these pans are a real find. Unless one's feeding a crowd, the full sized, 11" pan is just too enormous; it really shouldn't be legal to consume that much cheesecake, chocolate silk pie or carrot cake. These small pans are perfect. One little cake can feed two reasonable people or one glutton, without any guilt attached.The pans are non-stick and easily release so cakes are not marred by sticking to the pan. And the frames are sturdy and unlikely to bend in the dishwasher (where they're safe) or stacked in a closet waiting future use.One final note for anyone who is interested in raw "cooking." Many raw dessert recipes suggest these small pans, and until I downscaled to these (as well as the 6" pan) I didn't have anything in my cupboard that worked properly.Cooks will love these pans. I highly recommend them.

I make a Christmas fruit cake, which everyone in the family wants some of... I have found these to make a perfect size for gift giving... Each piece is approximately 1 1/2 lbs.... They are uniform in size, bake evenly, and saves me much time in wrapping and gift giving... I can see lots of uses for these in my future...

First off: springform pans leak, if you're going to use these to make cheesecakes and plan on baking them in a waterbath (you should! it's simply the best way to get an evenly cooked cheesecake) then you'll want to cup the outside with a layer or two of foil.With that out of the way, I'll let you know that these are fantastic. I was shocked at how well they were put together for the price I paid. One was a bit bent out of shape from shipping but I fixed it with just a bit of applied manual pressure.Would buy these again, if the need ever arose.
