Was expecting more from this Oxo item. This cost 6.99 and I've had better results from the cheap one I got from a moneystretching store. The shreds end up all being attached at the end and makes so much mess. Had to return as pretty much unusable as a julienne cutter. Shame as the item had so many good reviews. Maybe I had a faulty one.

This is a gem, for little jobs for salads etc, I wouldn't use it to do a lot of vegetables, it would be tiring to use. I actually bought it along with an electrical device to spiral fruit and veg, but its been a really handy tool to julienne smaller amounts, and essential piece of kit. Very sturdy and easy to clean just be careful as it is very sharp.

Great wee tool and delivers good results quickly, excellent for Thai or Asian food prep. Be careful when using it though, as the blades are wickedly sharp, however it does come with a removable safety guard. Highly recommended and a good price from a reputable brand too

It’s a pretty fierce piece of equipment! But it works really well. It has a guard to flip over the cutting blade when not in use which protects your fingers. I’ve used it for making carrot and courgette “noodles”. I also tried it on butternut squash - best to peel it well into the orange flesh first, otherwise it’s pretty tough to get through.

Did not like this peeler at all. It did not peel easily, peel was getting stuck in the blade all the time. The cerated edge is also dangerously sharp. I have since bought a cheap one from a local supermarket and its 10times better. I have not used this since and would not recommend.

If you want to make salads more interesting and appealing, this is a game changer. It's fairly easy to handle...I did slice my hand a little but that was my own fault so cant blame the tool. I am loving it and so glad I bought it. Gives salads a restaurant quality. Highly recommend

Love this peeler. I use this to make courgetti and have had some comments off people asking what “spiraliser” I has used. I think you get near enough the same results with this julienne peeler. 10/10 would recommend

Does exactly as it’s supposed to.....have deducted stars because it is simply dangerous: it is incredibly sharp and it is very easy to cut yourself when using it (unless of course you are very well adept with these tools). I did cut my finger while being super wary of this.......?
