When I opened the box, the wire was already broken. There was a replacement wire taped to the bottom of the stone. Putting it on was not easy, tried to follow the instructions, but those are not clear either. Also the feet on the bottom of the stone slide all over, so when you’re cutting the board keeps moving all over the counter.

It is what I was looking for. It works great. Comes with 3 wire cutters. Only thing that when I opened the package one of the wire cutters was broken, besides that. I love it.

It came with 3 cutting wires but when I opened the box one of them was broken. I still have one spare wire anyways, so I keep it.It does its work very well. The marble desktop is heavy and with quality. It's a game changing tool I would say. It makes slicing cheese 10 times easier than before. I used to slice the cheese ( pretty hard one) with knife.....
